Hello.  I’m Sue.  I’m a Psychotherapist,  Hypnotherapist and Coach.  I work in a way that is client-centred and focused on solutions, which means our time together is all about YOUR human needs – and YOUR goals.

I’ve been coaching, training and using NLP since 1997, and I’m passionate about people getting the most from their life at home and at work.

I offer a range of training services – either open courses or I work within organisations, creating bespoke training.

My specialities are around the “soft skills”, including communications, EQ,  NLP, FAMH (First Aid for Mental Health) and Stress Management.
